Eating and body concerns affect people of all ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities. We know that eating disorders don’t have a “look” – it can be tricky to tell if someone is struggling with disordered eating behaviours. These concerns affect people of all body weights and shapes.

Asking for help can be daunting - it can take a lot of courage to ask for help. We provide a safe, non judgemental and supportive enivironment to help you with your food and eating concerns. You don't need to do it alone.
